UV elastic veneer finishing paint process description
Scope of application:
UV elastic veneer coating can be applied to the performance improvement of soft veneer, and is widely used in the deep processing of wood veneer.
This process is mainly suitable for the pre-coating of the veneer back cover, after this process coating, the substrate can be directly used for the coating of special-shaped parts, and only the topcoat of the furniture needs to be sprayed after the UV pre-coated veneer is coated, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the furniture manufacturer, and this process is a major innovation in the furniture industry.
UV product features:
UV high-elastic putty: particularly good flexibility, odorless, good sealing when used for filling, no bottom penetration, generally used with high-elastic primer, sanding is not recommended.
UV High Elasticity Primer: Mainly suitable for the laminating process of veneer after coating, with good transparency, flexibility, leveling, tastelessness, no sanding, and suitable for substrates with particularly high requirements for flexibility.
UV special sanding bottom: very small odor, good sanding, high transparency. Use with a highly elastic primer to obtain a better smoothing effect.
Process
Veneer dusting → finishing UV high elastic putty → UV curing → coating high elastic primer → energy UV curing → roller coating UV special sanding base → UV curing full dry → sanding → dust removal → winding veneer
Precautions
1 Due to the difference of wood veneer substrate, for the hard-to-adhere veneer, a water-based adhesive can be pre-coated to improve the adhesion, so as to obtain the final high flexibility effect of the product.
2. The degree of dryness and wetness before veneer coating will affect the final performance, and the normal moisture content of the veneer can be maintained, not too dry.
3. The paint should be stored in a cool place away from light, and it should be stirred well before use.
