The surface of the UV coating for PVC flooring has a special transparent wear-resistant layer, which is treated with high technology. The ultra-wear-resistant layer with special surface treatment fully guarantees the wear resistance of the flooring material. The wear layer on the surface of PVC flooring will change according to the thickness, and under normal circumstances, it can last for 5-10 years. The thickness and quality of the wear-resistant layer directly determine the use time of PVC flooring, and the standard test results show that the wear-resistant layer with a thickness of 0.55mm can be used for more than 5 years under normal conditions, and the thick wear-resistant layer with a thickness of 0.7mm floor can be used for more than 10 years, so it has wear resistance. Due to its abrasion resistance, PVC flooring is becoming more and more popular in hospitals, schools, office buildings, shopping malls, supermarkets, transportation and other places with high traffic.

4. High elasticity and resistance

PVC flooring UV paint has a soft texture, so it has good elasticity and has a good elastic recovery rate under the impact of heavy objects. Curly floors have a softer and more elastic texture. At the same time, PVC flooring has strong impact resistance, strong elastic recovery ability, and can carry out impact damage on heavy objects without causing damage. Research data shows that when good PVC flooring is placed in high-traffic spaces, the injury rate is reduced by nearly 70% compared to other floors.
